Need help....BF4 not showing the ping number after origin last updated

after installed the origin last updated the ping number not showing ....
What should I do

Its not related to origin update! even before the update i was not able to see "ping" cant wait bf1 to get rid of battlebug!

Edit: Use the plugins and it show ping!

In your settings turn Use plugin-free game launching to off in your browser (i use firefox) click on the icon at the left side to ur address bar and Let active (Dont know the exact term in english cause my OS in is french but im sure its the option on the right side ) !

I've been tried to setting on battlelog but still doesnt work properly

I am using Chrome.....

Turn the first option to off (Game Launch) not sure but i think chrome have stop support NPAPI plugins try it or maybe you could try IE/firefox i know it sux...

Yes, chrome have stop support NPAPI plugins but yesterday before Origin updating its ok and the ping number is showing, but after that.....does'nt show but still playing

can't tell... im in the same boat! i tried to open my port, turn off firewall but nothing... i only see ping when i turn off the plugins free options but i cant join any server haha!! Anyway i always play on TBG and i kow my ping is great! pm me if you find something
