Moving "Join us"

I think it would be more beneficial if you moved the "Join us" from the drop-down menu to the main menu above. I would recommend moving it to the left of "About TBG".
 
I was actually confused as to where I apply until I hovered over the menu. took me about 10 minutes to figure it out lol. @Matt(FAST)

We'll consider it. It's really never been brought up before on the new layout, as I recall. If we did this, it would probably have to apply to certain other application forms. Pretty soon it would just clutter the menu bar.

Chose to keep it simple, for speedy navigation and sleek UI simplicity. I'm leaning primarily towards keeping it 'as is', because if someone wants to apply, they can always ask us for a link.
