Can we limit the high pingers down to 150ms? I am seeing a lot of player with 150-400 ping lately in the naval server and it feels like it has got me viewing a slide presentation from all the choppiness.

150 ping limit cuts off many people. I think we recently did 200. Keep in mind we have global reach.
