Lag and crashing is common thing with DICE/EA. They will eventually patch it...I would suspect

In the afternoon we played on the tbg bf3 servers without problems, later we had hard lags it was unplayable. I think the problem are people with to high pings and not the server self, so is there maybe a way to make that people with 300+ ping get autokicked.So because of the lags we found also a good server Free Beer& Bourbon, check it out!
There is a mixmod runnig 64player rush and Conquest are changing which is a good thing.

only few servers are not being affected by the lag right now.

If you are experiencing "rubber banding" that has nothing to do with your ping.
