Is a new Ultima title in development?

Any of you remember the Ultima series besides Chuck? We played this back in the day from about the first one through the last. It's the only MMO I've ever played but it was fun. Anyway, EA bought Origin, the makers of Ultima and are rumored to be making a new one in the series.
