Insane, help plz

OK! It started out as a simple defrag....

I went to press "Defragment Now", and nothing happend.

So, I opened up "Command Prompt" (Run > cmd) to try and run it through there...this is how that went:

OK..so lets run CHKDSK (Check Disk Utility). No big deal, right?............

Ready to punch something yet?...no?...ok, we will just run CHKDSK through CMD (like we did Defrag...)

OK, so there ARE errors on the disk....how to fix, i think its "chkdsk/f", but Ima check to make sure...

I restarted my computer and the chkdsk utility did NOT run.

I suggest using PERFECT DISK. Message me on Xfire (soulz2003) and I'll send it to you :)

As for the HDD issues.. I wouldn't use any defrag utility as they aren't well made at all. PERFECT DISK is actually certified by Microsoft and is incredibly easy to use. Let me know if you want it ;)
