Im Having Trouble Installing BF4

Hey Guys its me Death!! =)

I've been AFK for a few months (life happend) - I had to reinstall windows due to my HDD being corrupted and...sadly my backup HDD was as well --

I've been trying for literally a week now to install BF4 - I get this wierd problem whenever I try to download the game - it starts downloading and it does this

I was wondering if anyone has experienced this problem before and found a solution.

All the google - reddit - EA forums - even EA support people did not help...

maybe initiating it through battlelog?

Have you got malware, trojan, etc. on your system? That's about the only thing I can think of that would cause that.

I'd uninstall origin, restart, delete origin folder and any BF4 folders.
Run CCleaner file and reg cleaner options (free) then restart. Rerun ccleaner. Reinstall origin, attempt download again.

clean install of windows 7. did that doc ..no success ty for the input thou.

Is this the only program that does not install or install partially?

Are you installing everything as Administrator?

Check your router ports.



Oh, you could go to Windows temp folder and delete everything that you can.
C:\Users\[computer name]\AppData\Local\Temp

have you done any hard drive tests to make sure it's not having issues?

The last update did some weird crap for me similarly. I was stuck at 100% but it was still downloading forever, like hours. I eventually let the update run overnight and by morning it was fixed.
