Scroll wheel's fucked, buttons are on the way out. Was wondering if anybody had any recommendations for a goodish, cheapish gaming mouse. I'm looking for a decent number of buttons and on-the fly sensitivity. Any thoughts guys?

make sure you have a razr stick-on mouse mat too

Well not exactly cheap, but below is the best mouse I have ever owned. Logitech has become shit, Razer is about the same. Steelseries makes good stuff.

ROCCAT Kone XTD

Yeah, SteelSeries might be worth it if you can actually install their software to USE the on the fly setting on the mouse. I won't bother with another one though.

Azio Levetron GM533U Gaming Mouse is what I use, DPI button along with 3 programmables in a handy location, it's very comfortable.

I've heard good things about the Corsair M65, but haven't used it myself.

Deathadder by razor, best mouse ever!. I've had mine for over 5 years now

I'm on my second Logitech G500. I bought my first one about a year ago. It developed a problem with left-clicking about a month ago. Logitech shipped me a free replacement PDQ. While I'm irked that the problem cropped up, I'm happy that they took care of me. Personally, I find the mouse comfortable to hold and very accurate. Surprisingly, I liked the software too. I zeroed out mouse acceleration and setup 3 accuracy points: 1900 DPI, 3800 DPI, & 5700 DPI. Normal desktop play is done at 3800, accuracy work at 1900, speed work at 5700.

I've had the G9x, a DeathAdder, a Corsair Sentinel Zero-G, a G5 and now it's updated version the G500. For the price and the comfort/performance you get the G500 comes way out on top and it really isn't even close.

Had all above as well and still use the G500. The second most comfortable for me was deathadder
