I wrote a ban appeal in case of that I've been banned by admin, but the reply was there were no ban in any server. Still when I connect to TBG server(usually the 24/7 metro server), I could play for less than 1 min then get kicked. Even my ping is below 150, so I don't know why

Does it say kicked by admin in white letters in the middle of the screen? If so that is an EA kick where your computer loses its connection to EA servers, if a TBG admin or TBG script were doing it there would be a reason in a red bar at the bottom of the screen.
Some say that using battlelog to launch the game instead of the origin app, tends to have fewer of these kicks. I usually get the EA kicked by admin around once a week, so its not just you.
