[BF4] Getting kicked for high ping despite VIP access

Dear all

CC: @Matt-aka-FAST for his attention

I am being automatically kicked for high ping on the BF4 server, "https://battlelog.battlefield.com/b...40/TBG-CONQUEST-ALL-MAPS-DISCORD-TBGCLAN-COM/", despite paying for VIP until 21st November 2026. From what I have understood, VIP is supposed to make you immune to low-level automated actions such as kicks for high latency, moving players between teams for balancing etc.

I've attached some screenshots for evidence.

Could the leadership team please take a look and rectify this issue?

VIP is designed for queue bypass, move vote map power and immunes to team balancer.

Not for high ping. Which region are you located?
