Create a Ban appeal and give us all the information that you can think of to try and help you with this.

To make it easier you can use the online battlelog Webpage to connect to our server and when/if it kicks you, it will give you a kick message on the page when it does. Screenshot this and add it to the appeal.

This in no way is me stating that you are banned. It is just the easiest way to go about this.
