[Squad] Game settings for best game play

Hello, looking for suggestions or comments..

The other day I messed with my settings after a guy in game recommended some changes for better game play. Shut shadows off, and shadow rendering, turn effects and textures to max they where on middle setting, and man the game is way better, it came to life after that, and I am experiencing less lag.
