Found a brand new Samsung 850 EVO at work.

So I have been putting off getting a fancy new SSD until decent 500 GB models drop below $100. Looks like that's starting to happen but it won't stop me from scrounging for parts as usual.

My laptop has my old SSD in it and my desktop got the shitty end of the stick with 2 128GB SSD's that were being thrown away. In a building no longer occupied I found an open box but never plugged in 850 EVO.

i love free stuff....i bought 2 cheaper ACER laptops not to long ago for 150....turns out one of them had been upgraded with a 500gb samsung evo and the drive by itself was worth more then what i paid for the 2 laptops.....after putting in 250gb left over SSD drives in the laptops i end up selling them for 250 EACH and keep the 500gb for my gaming rig....i love people that cant reinstall windows...i get tons of things cheap because they are password protected (nothing is stolen when you are buying 2 to 5 of them at a time from a business)....
