fix the load screens

fighting commanders cant be reported if you dont state that in the loads screen.

However,the scrolling green lines state that rule does exist...just not in the map load screens.Very confusing when you come upon a player who insists to ignore warnings......

ALSO.....you guys are missing the boat on running theeeee best map ever made for the battlefield series...karkand WITH vehicles....and especially now with 2142 weapons...it is a BLAST to play....i'm afraid the "Infantry only" map there is too lame....it looks like a Mongol horde moving from CP to CP like a bunch of crazed dogs. I dont have much pull or say about this I agree....but god that map WITH vehicles is fun fun fuin fun fun!!!!!!!

Snake I went and looked up the stats for the most popular servers and IO is more popular. If it changes we'll update it, but for now you'll have to suffer in Titan mode for vehicles.....
