Can't join BF3 server

Why is it I can't join the BF3 server sometimes like right now? It shows 60 players yet there are only 2 with a whole bunch of bots showing as players. But I still can't join even with 4 slots avaiable? This happens often.

I have joined your Discord server, website, etc. and yet I can see so way to view, post or interact in any way shape or form. I play on the BF3 server frequently
