if you have a job.. continue on and support your family,, push on through. mentally you need movement in your body not just be in front of games all day. take a break, go for a walk come back home with blood pumping then you rub one out or have sex after a workout is awesome to relax. works great. if you have a life partner of course work out together. take vitamins. this is what i've been doing lately, i'm much closer to my wife now than before, and call your family everyday, let them know you're thinking about them. it will bring everyone closer together especially for the holidays.
