If budget cuts get to that level you might as well fold up the shop because it's only a matter of time.
 
its a real news cast. i dont know why they have the picture but i made up my own story for it. :D

Edit: she talks to fast for me to get it. i only got that there was a girl under the train. most of that was obvious by their artwork.
 
Wow. That story must have happened so fast they didn't have time to make a proper animation. lol
 
only thing i can think of is their laws in japan as far as broadcasting goes. i dont know them inside and out but i know they are very strict in some aspects.
