Broadcasting Software

After working at a radio station for a while, I was thing of making a home studio, and broadcasting on-demand on the internet. I am looking for a software that allows me to record and broadcast simultaneously but im not having any luck. I know we have some technical gurus out there,

can you help brother out? how do I get started?
