Just bought it on steam with the season pass dlc...when you start this do you get any bonus items for having a saved game from the first game? Also are any of the other dlc worth getting?

yes if you go into extras there is a loyalty thing.

For having a save file from the first game, you get some extra costumes for your chars. There is currently 4 DLC episodes with extra missions, as well as 2 extra DLC characters, the Mecromancer and the Psycho. There's some other DLCs that are pretty much just all extra skins, and I think one that's an extra arena mode. The arena mode is pointless, as there's plenty of shit to kill in the normal game.
