Supposedly someone leaked bf6 info stating it was set in the future possible bf 2142 and he got his Twitter account banned. So looks like we got our wish!

At the very least, the early adopters should get a "Something Went Wrong" message in a lovely futuristic font.

No, those days are gone. EA hates futuristic BF anything and they went out of their way to kill off server rentals and by extension, gaming communities. It's a dead series.
