Q'n: Can I get banned for fly my heli into the Enemies Uncap and steal there heli? (Yes or No)?


We have conflicting answers:

SRQea: "You should not be going into their uncap" ...you are not supposed to physically be inside there Uncap? SRQea: A. Yes you are correct.
Matt-aka-FAST: "If a player wants to steal a vehicle without shooting or attacking the enemy that is not engaged, they can"
 
Should not and cannot are two different words and meaning.

As long as the player is not attacking anyone in the uncap, if they choose to steal a vehicle, thats on them to be shot at.

I said: "As long as the player is not attacking anyone in the uncap, if they choose to steal a vehicle, thats on them to be shot at."

In other words, no, as long as you follow what I said above.
