Also, just FYI, a new map just started and about 1 minute in, everyone on the server was instantly killed in action, and all squads were dumped making everyone squadless. Very strange

Game Graph is not in real time. You need to give it time to update. It is accurate graph and has nothing to do with TBG. This is gametracker service.

Instantly killed in action is occuring on many servers and nothing can be done about that.
