Banned Werisk

I banned a player named Werisk on our 2142 server just a few minutes ago, right before it switched to Highway Tampa. He was killing people on our titan deck, including myself, with grenades and smg. There is no excuse for this kind of blatant hacking. If this were to happen by mistake, the proper thing to do is suicide. That is just my opinion though.
