False Positive Autoban ​

I gave privileges to a young family member to play on my account, foul language was used resulting in a false positive racial slur false positive autoban:

Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster permanent ban issued on this Game Server for player 'CptMiloJohnson' ... Banning for Racial Slur!!)
The false positive word was "fuckinig". ​

Any additional comments you would like to add?

I contacted Off The Rails about this issue and he advised that I put in ban appeal and I shouldn't have a problem getting the ban lifted.
I want to personally apologize for the offensive language and behavior from my account, the TBG servers are my favorite servers to play in and I am asking if you could please lift this false positive autoban.
I do my best to maintain my account integrity and its not always easy with others using my account, I'm suspending privileges on my account for anyone else indefinitely.
