If possible, the reason that you might have got banned for No clue. Joined from Battlelog and ban message says "Stated Reason: Banned by admin"

I am assuming you are talking about the chatlog where I admit to doing a vouzou? I am really sorry about that, it's habitual and I normally do it without thinking. I try my best to not vouzou on your servers. I would really appreciate a second chance.

Yes we can lift the ban but we may not be able to lift the second time. Just be mindful of teleporting and rail surfing when in our servers.
