4) Guacamole (no tomatoes)
5) Avocado slices,
6) Bacon,
7) Bacon,
8) Red Onion Straws,

In addition, side dishes would consist of the following:

1) French fries with Parmesan cheese,
2) Buffalo strips with ranch dressing and extra buffalo sauce.
