Unbelievable. I run several websites with millions of users and multiple levels of staff and I've never seen such a strict policy. Permanent bans should be reserved for repeat offenders or very extreme cases. In my experience people will correct their actions after a temporary ban (say anywhere from a few days to a few weeks). Permanent bans are unecessary and unreasonable in most cases. You guys should take another look at your rules and policies and consider a more lenient approach. A 3 strike policy always works best. Maybe consider the following, 1 week followed by 1 month and then finally a permanent ban on a third offense. Ban one person and 5 people leave your server (assuming they play with friends). You state causing a disturbance in your appeal will result in permanent ban on all your servers. This to me screams arrogance. In your server when people are killed we see things like "_____ stuck a prick in _____ ear". Grow up. This could be just as offensive to someone as a racial slur. All frustration aside, I hope you read this and really try to understand where I'm coming from. This isn't meant to be offensive or rude just trying shed some light on your unreasonable policies. Appreciate your time.

Sorry, but we've run servers for a decade. This policy has been ours since day one. Racism has zero place anywhere in the world.

As a community owner with millions of hits as you say, you should very well know that certain rules are a no-go.
