Appealing My Ban

I was banned from the Infantry Only Conquest Server for using a racial slur, which in all honesty I didn't know was a racial slur. I said "apparently we broke *players name here*" because he was just typing random letters into the chat, and he was a player who didn't speak English nor was his username in English, so I spelled his name into the chat and punkbuster banned me for using a racial slur. Any way I could have this uplifted or am I stuck with the ban forever?
