I would say definitely suspicious looking at the stats but I am not seeing anything concrete 100%.

If head admins feels he is playing illegitimately they can go ahead and ban him

Metabans is meaningless, that just tells you other admins have banned him but they could be admins who just ban without gathering proper evidence.
 
Like i said, Just a heads up but in my entire time of playing BF1942, BF2, BC2, BF3, COD. I've never seen a player, pro or not, go with no kills on a one thousand ticket server. My cousin is a pro player and was ranked No. 2 in the WORLD for Halo (played on the MLG circuit) and even he died at least once in a 20-30 minute period of straight playing.

LOL I went 87-0 in the jet on a Caspian map and you know what? Yup BANNED.... But I was in the jet. I'd NEVER be able to pull something like that off on a 1000 ticket KARKAND map. Air is different.
 
There are many who have gone well over 60-70 and 0. We have quite a few players on our whitelist (karkand server).
 
Lol well if you can't beat em join em right? ;) I'll look out for those players and add them... I'd rather add a good player than play against him... Why do you think Renno is my friend... It ain't for love HAHA!!!
