Thanks for taking the time to report this, if you drop a message in the shout box, that's usually the best way to let us know something is going on that needs our attention.
Also keep in mind that although we do have a very active admin presence on all of our servers, in the late evening and early morning we sometimes to not have all our admins available or have limited support.
