This affected all of their chicago clients.
Our router in Chicago stopped responding properly following some software adjustments that we made to it which should not have caused an issue. We are currently investigating and will be rebooting it.
Update @ 5:18pm CDT: The router has finished rebooting.
We will not be making any further changes to the router configuration today. Any additional adjustments, whether or not we believe they will cause problems, will be done in the early morning hours on a later day.
