2142 Lag Update?

Just so you know, this isn't being caused by EA Master Servers and no servers have been taken down that handle BF2142 accounts.
I have contacted GameSpy and EA to investigate their systems to see if they are aware of unusual load. The last time we had a mass lag like this there was a routing issue at one of the big US telecom companies which delayed traffic reporting stats through to GameSpy.
I'll try to get information out as soon as I hear anything.

The lag is annoying - along with the server crashing every third round (especially when you have a good round going!!). I have also had crashing to desktop lately, which didn't happen until the last week.

my PS3 never crashes or lags that's what i have been playing latey

our CoD 5 server is lag free. if you have it you should pop in there

lag issue has seeimingly gotten a lot better last day or so
