Need Help

I have been getting kicked by Punkbuster and don't understand why. Started on 24 May of this year. Went to update PB but it says I don't need it. What am I missing? Can't get through one game now. Thanks in advance for help.
 
Matt, I don't know what you did, but thanks for doing it! It hasn't happened again and I'm a happy camper.

PitViper thanks for this! I went into my fw settings and found this below. Hmmm. I guess too much duplication and I don't know how this happened. I went ahead and got rid of all but one of each (A&B) and hopefully this will take care of things. Again, thanks!

OOPs, that didn't work either! I went back and found both a and b duplicated again. One thing different from the video, is that I don't allow BF4 private although some of the EA settings have both private and public. I run NFC 5 encryption, but this has never been an issue before. Guess I'll try again

I went into the logs which was a needle in a haystack but found it.

PunkBuster kicked player Satcong1969 (for 0 minutes) ... RESTRICTION: Disallowed Program/Driver [130827]


I will research to see possible fixes. Maybe something you are running in the background but at least we are getting somewhere.

I think I may have found a solution.Disabling Killer Network Manager (comes with MSI motherboards) and the firewall and antivirus modules in ESET Nod 32 seem... - 6192339

Maybe this one too:

"Download and install the latest driver (332.21) from nvidia. BF4 should run then."

"I think this is either your antivirus blocking punkbuster from being able to take screenshots or one of your punkbuster drives is borked and you need to reinstall"

Last night I got rid of pb and reinstalled it but still got thrown out. I then went back in and checked both private and public and was able to game last night. I'm getting ready to dnld 576.52 for my 2070 Super. Normally I get dnld warnings, but this is from 19 May. Thanks for the heads up Matt!
