@Soulzz that's what I did. There were like 20 IPs associated to the steam ID. I banned by everything.

Banned. This guy looks like he is using a VPN to bounce his IP around and has also gone by King Crimson who is a guy I have watched in the past...doubt this is the last we have seen of him.
