Evidence can be anything from Circumstantial stuff like screenshots, links to stat pages etc. or hard evidence like Videos.
Evidence: Player was in server blatantly wallhacking. Many regulars called him out and he constantly was switching his name to make it difficult to find his steam account/taunting people. He left right before I could get an admin to ban him in game.
He currently has a VAC ban on record: http://steamcommunity.com/id/jackhansen/
