Having issues joining server

I am able to join any other server whether EU or USA however on the TBG BF3 server I receive the "Game disconnected: could not join server." error message. Wondering If this is an issue on the server side or my end? Thanks. As far as I understand I don't believe I was banned, I know generally it will indicate if so. I mainly play on this server and it is one of the few active NA servers for Bf3. Any help is appreciated.

No VPN. Starting having this connection issue out of the blue, no third party programs or anything. Was playing on the server earlier tonight just fine.
