So I've run several websites in the past..mostly with phpbb3 and MyBB. When will the XenForo version of TBG receive a facelift or at least another theme?

Would be cool to have multiple choice themes..even an old school vBulletin type feel with a glossy menu and forum headers..you know like a 2008/2009 type of gaming site.

at the bottom of the page you can change to our old theme

Edit: disregard this

I only see the option to change the width.

We currently don't have any themes updated for Xenforo 2.x. When we jumped to 1.x I ported a responsive version of our vB3/4 theme. We also then had a new theme designed. The jump to 2.x was done by another developer. We are currently preparing to jump to 2.1 and then 2.2 after which I will look into bringing the old theme back. I imagine in the near future the community might want something fresh which would leave us with 3.

Only higher admins can see the old theme listing and it certainly isn't working. Very few things from the 1.x theme function on 2.0

I don't have the original files on hand but here are some images I posted back when the theme actually got stolen.

vB3 (i think) which started on e107:

Man that shit looks so good. I'm all about old-school feeling websites. Sure flat themes are simple and to the point..but no more of that.."THIS IS US" type themes anymore.

I am all about nostalgia so it will come back. But I have been pretty much gone since I started dating, got married, etc. I keep our linux servers running when they need something but I keep having trouble really making it back. I really wanted to bring back all the variants, vB3, vB4 and my XF style. As far as designing new ones. I will leave the community to decide what is right on that. When we switched to Xenforo one of the now retired founders hired people to design a theme and I had to fire 2 of them before we finally got something.

One of the newer head admins seems to have actually gotten acquainted with my original role recently. I used to manage our procon server and then one day I decided I was taking over the website.
