Today June 12th 2007 at approximately 0900 an epic battle of mythical proportions took place though the plains of Parkers Chapel. SRA Miller and Sheriff Halfacre proceeded outside to coat their lungs in tar and nicotine. The ever cautious gentlemen had brought their air powered BB rifles in case things turned foul on such an auspicious day. It just so happens that a day of reckoning was today. As Sheriff Halfacre began to open his pack of cigarettes the evil ever present squirrel gang let out their death cry, (chirp). He than began to open fire upon his adversary who had quickly retreated to cover behind a nearby pine tree for this was part of the plan to bring sheriff Halfacre out into the open and it was going accordingly. Just then SRA Miller burst outside laying down suppressive fire for his dear friend to retreat back to cover, the tables had turned against the squirrels. Working as a team Miller and Halfacre laid down a heavy barrage of fire to the runner squirrel landing a total of 4 direct hits. The squirrel had had enough and his backup had not arrived on time, he then retreated to high ground up the nearby tree. Miller and Halfacre still laying down fire moved out of cover in an attempt to lay the final striking blow. At that very moment Operation Broken Acorn had begun. A total of 5 Squirrel-copters came over the horizon laying down everything from corn to peas on the two brave souls. They were beaten but not down. Halfacre low crawled to his RPP (Rocket Propelled Pinecone) launcher and shot down a total of 4 squirrel-copters. As the dust had settled there stood the heroes of the day SRA Miller and Sheriff Halfacre bruised and cut but with pride shining gallantly.
