[BF4] VEHICLE RESPAWN DELAY 50%

Hi, I just noticed that TBG all maps has the vehicle respawn delay set to 50%, this unbalance the game, it's even worse when there are good vehicle players and to be able to respawn that fast on the vehicle again, well it's a pain for the infantry players.

Is this a new thing or just a mistake? This also speed up the gadgets, that won't be a problem if it did not mess up the vehicle gameplay, I was looking at the others servers and this is the only one that got 50% delay:

Even better, it's at 25% delay now. Not sure why they made the change, would love to know the reasoning behind the decision though. Definitely makes destroying vehicles have less impact now since they come back so quickly.
