University Wifi blocks my ping

Hey guys, currently living in University and unfortunately they block my ping on your servers for some reason. Is there a way I can get whitelisted for this?
Currently living on an on-campus dorm and using an Ethernet connection directly to the wall, so I have no access to a physical router.
I play mostly on the BF4 24/7 Metro server.
Any response is appreciated,

Gotta way more than an hour or two on a Saturday sometimes. We're not at our computers all hours of the day sadly.

Sorry about that. I've been trying to get whitelisted for around 5 months now, but I understand you guys are busy. Would appreciate it when you guys get the chance.

Hi there, I have added you to the whitelist but like @5I5O said, it is recommended to request for a permanent whitelist to everything with the link he provided.
