Unigine 3d Engine

I downloaded and tried the Heaven one just because it looked so sweet.
 
Are all of the downloads editors or is there an actual game you can play?
 
What do you mean by editors? They are just 3d benchmarks, that use the unigine engine to showcase their technology. Is that what you mean by editors? If so, then yes. Check out the Clients and Titles section and you'll see what games utilize Unigine so far.
 
Most if not all game engines made today come editors to develop games. I guess they just offer a tech demo. The license would probably be like 30k or more.
