TBG banning players that kill you on other servers?

I was playing on BZ3 and DinoXDrawr is going to ban me on TBG servers? Is this for real?

his "platoon" is God Bless Trump, and those letters reversed are the same as our clan. One of his buddies was impersonating an admin here, and got banned partially for that.
