Was out at dinner with the parents while I was home for a few days over Thanksgiving. I have been meaning to buy a gaming laptop for deployment for some time. I just happen to be scrolling through some deals and saw an AlienWare 15 R2(Specs to come) for $1200. ($1283 with tax)
Was marked down from $1500. Figured I would just buy it and add an M.2 SSD. Which is where I blew another $140 on Newegg for a Samsung 850 Evo 500GB M.2 SSD. All the same time I had read some reviews on the laptop that it likes to get hot, so I spent $35 on a CoolerMaster X3 cooling pad.
I think I have a decent laptop bag at my house but I may have to buy one as well. In a matter of 45 minutes at a restaurant I opened up a small hole in my heart because I hate spending money.
