ive seen him doing it more then one time, i even asked him why he did it, an he saided he dident, bot i saw him do it alot. so i though you might wonna know, cos i dont think its fair for the other players ​

Thank you for the report, but I have a few questions. Are you sure he did it? The server will team switch for auto-balance. What exactly is your proof?

Just to add for consideration too... Sometimes an admin may switch to observe another player or to join up with other TBG members. We also have members that may switch to a loosing side to help out (any may go back and forth too). As Mac said above the servers auto balance works on last in first to auto balance. When a TBG member joins a full server a script will also auto kick someone to make room too.
