Additional comments Map: Propaganda, He is camping inside his uncap, US side, where he cannot be killed with the RAWR the entire game going on a 30+ streak because its literally impossible to get to him.

Unfortunately as per our rules. Any player can shoot from out of their UNCAP, With UCAV, Mortar, Weapons, Etc. This does however make them fair game to shoot at into their UNCAP. You just have to find a way to do so.

On the map map propaganda, he was in a spot that made him literally impossible to be shot at, due to where he moved to, you would die from the 10 second timer before you got to him

He can easily be countered. UCAV, SUAV, TOW Missile if you are skilled. Even tanks if you can destroy the surrounding areas.
