If we banned players based on chat reactions and not actual evidence, then there sadly wouldn't be any players left to play on the server.

We require actual evidence to support player accusations, this could be in the form of still images, or stats based evidence from reputable stat sources(i.e. BF4 Cheat report), or best yet video evidence. You can use geforce experience to record, or even the embedded microsoft gamebar in windows 10, some people use twitch even - just upload the video to a public streaming service like youtube and post the link with your player report - no direct file sharing please.
