Offense committed Repeatedly shooting into spawn despite being told what the rules are.
Additional comments I see these players on TBG servers frequently and these kind of "infractions" are rare. I don't think they necessarily need a permanent ban. I think a better approach would be more active admin involvement on this server in particular, as it seems to be lacking compared to the other TBG servers (maybe I'm wrong about that though). I play this server every day almost and rarely see admins.
