Nothing inherently wrong here. Stealing vehicles isn't against the rules. Just scummy.

Also didn't really drive straight into the enemy. Dude just clearly doesn't know how to tactically play a tank.

TKing, ramming and other detriments to the team are also scummy and within the guidelines of TBG according to !rules, but i see numerous bans on the forums for similar behavior

Well. In the video you provided all I see is the vehicle theft. You can’t TK in rush. And I don’t see any ramming here.
