Do you have any video for us to review? Any specific claim? Looking at the Battlelog for that round they went 61-32 with normal-ish accuracy?

What's normal about it, it's so hard to realize that it's a new account from some stupid guy who was previously banned, he was 25-0, he entered a room and killed 4 players with 4 shots, the damage physics make it impossible to do that

We cannot prove those accounts are definitively linked.... plenty of people have multiple accounts. His stats for the round do not indicate cheating, at least not yet. Footage helps in these scenarios where we can make informed decisions with proof.

We do not arbitrarily ban accounts because they are a "new account". We will keep an eye until it becomes definitive.
