First video - You had a gunner in the minigun that was shooting at a helicopter making you as a boat in play. Doesn't matter if you were at the rock or at the boat. As soon as someone in your vehicle opens fire it makes you in play.

Second video - I don't really understand why a lot of the reports that happen are y'all sitting still like a deer in headlights. Baiting them to shoot at you. Was that a one off instance? Did they do it countless times before that in the match? Need some more information.

2nd Video - I was heading towards A site, looked towards the jets. Then, I looked towards A to see what was there and boom killed. They might have done it one or two times in that match, but I did not have my recording software on.

Video 1, I never shot out of uncap so I was not live, but b/c the gunner shot my boat was live? We are splitting hairs, but if you are unsure if a boat is live or not why not wait and let them fire?

I’d like to report TopGear for being a Bozo and a team sabotaging idiot. It looks to me with 0 kills, 14 deaths, and only 728 points that he was either attempting to grief a player on the other team or keep his team from winning. No reply necessary.

Alright, So after deliberation with members of Leadership we have come to the conclusion that although you have provided evidence. We would like to move forward with a very stern warning on @GonnaSting Rules on Uncaps are very simple and can be found here Rules

To put it simply, Please be careful when engaging players that have just spawned from Uncap, Be aware of where they are via the Minimap or large map.
Engaging them before they have engaged you in the uncap is grounds for a 3 day ban after this point. No questions asked.

This first video is completely nullified by the gunner on the back of your boat. Them firing at the helicopter makes you as an entity in play at that point.


If this player chooses to act up again. Please make an additional report and we will use all of the evidence gathered to place a ban against them.
